Lily Dart

Lily is a public sector specialist service designer, and has a passion for solving difficult problems.

She uses customer focused design techniques, balanced with business insight, to help organisations create better service experiences.


Sarah Belsher

Sarah has over 10 years' experience working in Social Housing and has been involved in various service design projects.

She is now working at Thames Valley Housing, looking to improve customer experience using user centred service design
